The modules <a href=\"https:\/\/eramon.de\/en\/produkt\/anwendungsmodule\/carrier-management\/\">Carrier Management<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/eramon.de\/en\/produkt\/anwendungsmodule\/performance-management\/\">Performance Management<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/eramon.de\/en\/produkt\/anwendungsmodule\/asset-management\/\">Asset Management<\/a>, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/eramon.de\/en\/produkt\/anwendungsmodule\/kundenportal\/\">customer portal<\/a>, which are all used under license, obtain their data from a <strong>harmonized database<\/strong>. No elaborate exchange of data between different applications and data sources is required, resulting in <strong>greatly improved efficiency and considerable process optimizations<\/strong>. We have access to an up-to-date and tailormade overview of the KPIs relevant to our daily operations at any time. ERAMON is a software solution that provides us on <strong>one integrated platform<\/strong> with all the data we need to manage our circuits.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>clear separation of the main application and <a href=\"https:\/\/eramon.de\/en\/produkt\/anwendungsmodule\/kundenportal\/\">customer portal<\/a><\/strong> gives our IT department as well as our customers a very effective and powerful access to the exact information required.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to go with ERAMON was based on our need for a solution that would <strong>solve our central problems<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How do we gain a real time overview of all our WAN circuits, their corresponding terminals, as well as their current status?<\/li>\n<li>How can we use our existing resources most efficiently and avoid unnecessary ones?<\/li>\n<li>How will we manage the ever-increasing demands on a powerful IT infrastructure without losing oversight or even control?<\/li>\n<li>How do we maintain our flexibility in the selection of the carrier?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>This is how we benefit from using ERAMON:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>In areas such as circuit coverage\/load\/requirements we were able to establish <strong>transparency<\/strong> and uncover redundancies, leading to considerable improvements in the efficiency of our daily operations.<\/li>\n<li>All important information is kept on one <strong>database<\/strong> and is thus up-to-date and available at any time. <strong>No more sources for errors or delays<\/strong> creeping in due to data transfers or currently running data refreshers between different sources of data. ERAMON also provides a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Single_source_of_truth\">single point of truth<\/a> (SPoT).<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>excellent<\/strong> <strong>performance<\/strong> of the platform is a result of the combination of data, such as:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Circuits and their costs, contract periods, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Performance measurements<\/li>\n<li>Devices and their equipment<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance information<\/li>\n<li>Locations<\/li>\n<li>Customers<\/li>\n<li>Cost Centers<\/li>\n<li>and much more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Using ERAMON systems as a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Single_source_of_truth\">SPoT<\/a> opened up substantial <strong>saving potentials<\/strong> (we were, for example, able to save 60,000 Euros per year when we identified and subsequently switched off a redundant circuit). Integrated controls and checkpoints enable a quick and easy identification of sensible saving potentials in a range of areas:\n<ul>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Technical checks \u2013 IT<\/li>\n<li>NOC &#8211; Network Operation Center<\/li>\n<li>AS-IS comparisons or ABC analyses by department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>With the help of ERAMON we can ensure in that we do not pay for inactive circuits in these areas.
